My name is Dean Mummery and I am the owner of the Rustic Chalet, a French registered, English speaking property refurbishment company established in 2014.

At the Rustic Chalet, we have one goal – to create for each of our clients the ultimate ski chalet.

I feel hugely privileged that my life choices have not only taken me to live in one of the most beautiful parts of the world but that I can make a living creating extraordinary chalets.

I am based with my family in the beautiful village of Villarabout, a central location that allows me to take on renovation projects in Saint Martin de Belleville, St Marcel, Les Granges, Villarabout, St Jean de Belleville and all the small villages dotted in-between.

I am a French registered Artisan. Registered with the Chambre de Métiers et de l’Artisanat de region Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur.  EIRL. Siret no. 803 974 500 00016.

I have hand picked the very best tradesmen and together with our joint expertise, we take on full or partial renovation projects combining contemporary and traditional materials to create a true master piece of style. Our interior designer is also on hand should you need a little helping hand with colour schemes, tile choices, kitchens and to source soft furnishings.

From drawings, planning permission, to the final coat of paint, we project manage everything.
