All items shown in our shop are coded and relate to exactly the picture you are seeing.  As many frames are made from old wood, sometimes dating back several 100 years,  there can be cracks and markings on the wood; this gives each item its unique look.

Upon delivery you will be able to inspect the item and if in the unusual event you are not happy with the item you will be able to have a full refund.

For bespoke items, you will be given a selection of the wood we have available and the item will be created to your specifications. Half the payment will be required with your order and the remaining payment will be required upon delivery.  We do not refund on items that are made to order.

We personally arrange delivery of each item within the 3 valleys to ensure each item is delivered intact. For deliveries outside of a 40km radius of Saint Martin-de-Belleville we will arrange a courier to include insurance.
