Should you wish to purchase any of our products, be assured that we do not sell or pass your details to any marketing organisations.  Your details will however may be passed on to companies involved in the fulfillment of your order i.e. companies who forward products on our behalf i.e to couriers/Royal Mail

When you make a purchase and pay for your order using your credit/debit card, please note that the Rustic Chalet does not have access to these details.  These details are processed through our payment provider Paypal. We are only informed when your payment has been authorised.

We are happy to disclose to you any personal information that we hold for you.  Remember this will only be information that you will have provided us with at some point whilst using our services.
