- Enquiries that do not become a project: kept for up to 3 years from your last contact with us, then deleted, in line with CNIL’s recommended retention period for prospect data.
- Clients with an active or completed project: kept for the duration of the business relationship, plus the period required by French commercial and tax law (generally up to 10 years for accounting and contractual records).
- Technical/cookie data: as described in Section 8.
